JULIET PETERS, the woman accused of making threats against teen pop queen BILLIE PIPER has been found guilty this afternoon (February 8) at LONDON BLACKFRIARS CROWN COURT.

Peters of Canning Town, London, was convicted on nine counts of threatening to kill Billie and members of her family between August 14 and 25 last year. She had bombarded them with a series of messages left on Billie’s record company answer machine.

The trial had lasted just under four days.

Sentence was adjourned by Judge Brian Pryor QC until March 2, awaiting psychiatric and pre-sentence reports. The jury indicated they felt that Peters, 32, should receive psychiatric help.
