The drummer's got flu, poor lamb...

BLINK 182 have confirmed the cancellation of their Australian tour after drummer TRAVIS BARKER was diagnosed with severe flu.

The dates, which were due to start in Auckland, New Zealand on November 4, before moving on to the Sydney Centre in Australia on November 5 now look likely to be completely pulled.

An official spokesperson for the band in the told US reporters that Barker is suffering from a “severe case of the flu”, while a statement on the band’s official website, [url=]www.blink182.com, confirms the shows to be “cancelled” rather than postponed.

The other affected dates are at: Brisbane Entertainment Centre (7), Melbourne Arena (9) Adelaide Centre (10) and Perth Entertainment Centre (12).

The band have no other tour commitments.
