The Britpop band played Brooklyn's Music Hall of Williamsburg on Friday night (May 1)
Footage has now surfaced online of Blur playing their first New York show since 2000 last week (May 1).
The band, who went straight to Number One in the UK with new album ‘The Magic Whip’ over the weekend, ran through the majority of their new LP at Brooklyn’s Music Hall of Williamsburg, plus a three-song encore of ‘Beetlebum’, ‘Trouble In The Message Centre’ and ‘Song 2’.

Blur have announced that they’ll play a trio of headline dates in Glasgow, Blackpool and Llandudno this summer. See below for full dates and venue information. The gigs will act as warm-up for the band’s headline set at the Isle Of Wight festival in June.
Blur will also headline British Summer Time in London’s Hyde Park on June 20. They have also been announced as a headliner for this year’s Benicàssim festival in Spain.
