DAMON ALBARN will join the LONDON COMMUNITY GOSPEL CHOIR at their Christmas show at the LONDON BARBICAN tomorrow evening (December 19).

Earlier today it was reported on the official Blur website, [url=], that Albarn

was “strongly rumoured” to be making an appearance at the event. Now a spokesperson has confirmed that the star will be singing at the event.

A handful of tickets for the show are still available via the Box Office on 020 76388891, priced between £23-50 and £25-50.

In other news, Albarn and Dan The Automator have launched the website for their animated band side project Gorillaz.

Visitors to [url=] can tour the Gorillaz headquarters moving round each of the characters rooms getting an idea of 2d, Murdoc, Russel and Noodle’s personalities. In one room there is a photograph of bug eyed cult American actor Marty Feldman. Biographies of the quartet have also been posted.

The site has a navigation device that allows visitors to move around taking in a 360 degree vista.
