Bon Iver shares new track ’33 GOD’

The third track to emerge from '22, A Million', which drops next month

Bon Iver have revealed the latest track from their forthcoming album ’22, A Million’.

Bandleader Justin Vernon announced two weeks ago that Bon Iver’s first album since their 2011 self-titled record will be released next month (September 30), sharing the album’s opening two tracks – 22 (OVER S??N)’ and ’10 d E A T h b R E a s T ? ?’ – along with the announcement.

The third song to emerge from the new project was unveiled on the Bon Iver Twitter page last night. Entitled ’33 GOD’, the song is featured in a lyric video that you can watch below.


The album was recorded at April Base Studios in Fall Creek, Wisconsin, as well as in London and Lisbon, while the artwork has been designed by New York-based artist Eric Timothy Carlson.

Rumours of the album started circulating after a mysterious mural appeared in New York, featuring similar artwork to that recently posted on the band’s social media accounts.
