Bonnie ‘Prince’ Billy readies new single

And the package features a classic old track

Bonnie Prince Billy has announced the release of a new single – and it features a treat for his hardcore fans.

‘Strange Form Of Life’, the fourth single from 2006 album ‘The Letting Go’, includes a live version of the classic track ‘New Partner’, which appeared on the singer’s old band Palace Music‘s 1995 album ‘Viva Last Blues’.

‘Lay And Love’, the third single from ’The Letting Go’, is set for a January 23 release in the US, with ‘Strange Form Of Life’ following on March 15.


Bonnie Prince Billy, real name Will Oldham, kicks off his UK tour on Monday (January 22) in Glasgow.
