Brandy settles fatal crash lawsuit

The singer must pay another victim

Brandy has settled a civil lawsuit with another of the victims involved in a fatal car crash that occurred in Los Angeles in 2006.

The singer’s insurance company has agreed to pay an undisclosed sum to Mallory Ham, a woman who was driving one of the cars involved in the accident, reports E! Online. Ham suffered lacerations to her face and a severely broken nose.

The crash occurred on the 405 freeway on December 30, 2006 when Brandy lost control of her Land Rover and struck a car driven by Awatef Aboudihaj, 38, who died as a result.
