The producer is leading the programme for the bash, which takes place from May 1 to May 23. As well as music shows it will feature theatre, books and debate and outdoor events.
Talvin Singh is among the musical acts set to appear at the event, along with Leafcutter John and the London Philharmonic Orchestra.
