Bring Me The Horizon to play Warped Tour UK event – ticket details

Sheffield metallers will be on the bill at London's Alexandra Palace this November

Bring Me The Horizon will play a one-off UK show later this year.

The Sheffield metallers, who are currently writing the follow-up to their 2010 third album ‘There Is A Hell, Believe Me I’ve Seen It. There Is A Heaven, Let’s Keep It A Secret’, will play London’s Alexandra Palace on November 10.

The show is being put on by the promoters of the US punk traveling festival Warped Tour and will feature over 25 bands. The rest of the bill will be announced on May 7, reports Kerrang!.

The gig will be Bring Me The Horizon‘s only UK appearance of the year and the band have strongly hinted that they will be debuting new material at the show.

The band have previously said that post-rock bands like Explosions In The Sky and This Will Destroy You will be a big influence on their fourth studio album.

Speaking about their plans, guitarist Jona Weinhofen said: “Lee [Malia – guitar] and I are listening to a lot of post-rock lately. It might sound strange, but we listen to this laid-back, epic music and think ‘If this was heavy – if we made metal out of this kind of music – it would be exactly what we want to sound like”.
