First live performers announced for the BRITs 2019

They'll play on the big night at The O2 on February 20

Jorja Smith, George Ezra and Little Mix have been announced as the first live performers at the BRIT Awards 2019.

The ceremony will once again be held at The O2 in London, with this year’s event set to take place on February 20. Jack Whitehall will host.

Three nominees at this year’s BRITs will perform on the night, with Ezra and Smith (who have both been nominated for three awards each) joining Little Mix as the confirmed live acts. More performances are expected to be confirmed in the coming weeks.

The nominations for the BRITs 2019 were announced last weekend, with Dua Lipa and Anne-Marie picking up the most nods with four each. The likes of Idles, The 1975 and Brockhampton have all also been nominated.

As well as the awards ceremony, a host of the nominated acts and a selection of leading bands (including Bring Me The Horizon and Enter Shikari) will play special, intimate live shows to celebrate BRITs Week.
