The band ask fans to help locate pilfered headwear…
British Sea Power have been involved in yet more hat related hi-jinks.
The Brighton band who are asked readers to suggest a new hat for keyboard player Eamon at [url=] NME.COM/COMPS, have contacted NME.COM to appeal for the safe return of another band member’s headwear.
Bassist Hamilton had a hat of sentimental value to him was whipped from his head by an over-excited fan at their recent gig at High Rocks in Tunbridge Wells, Kent, and would like it back.
In return the band who release new album ’Open Season’ on April 4, are offering a choice of rewards to whoever returns the hat, including “doing a you a little song”, “telephoning your mother” and “cooking you dinner”.
If you have any info on the missing hat contact the band through their official website Britishseapower.co.uk
