Brother to release debut album ‘Famous First Words’ on July 4

Brother have named their debut album ‘Famous First Words’ and have set a release date of July 4 for it.

The album was produced by Stephen Street (Blur, The Smiths) at Angelic Studios in Northampton and mixed at Miloco in London.

The tracklisting is set to include ‘New Year’s Day’, ‘Electric Daydream’, ‘Fly By Nights’ and ‘Still Here’, which will be released as a single.

The band insisted that they had a strong work ethic when recording the album.

“It was really easy and stress-free,” singer Lee Newell told NME. “We were done recording and mixing it in half the time we had booked.”
