Bruce Springsteen joined by Tom Morello at SoCal shows

Rage Against The Machine man duets with the Boss

Rage Against The Machine‘s Tom Morello joined Bruce Springsteen on stage at two of the Boss‘ shows in Southern California this week.

The legendary guitarist performed ‘The Ghost Of Tom Joad’ with Springsteen and the E Street Band at both of their Anaheim Honda Center shows.

“I’ve got a close friend of mine here with me tonight, gonna come up and do a song – Mister Tom Morello from Rage Against The Machine!” said Springsteen on Tuesday (April 8), and the crowd erupted.

Morello wailed on guitar solos and alternated choruses with the Boss, to great effect.

“Who was here last night?” Springsteen asked at the second Anaheim show. The crowd cheered loudly, and he later quipped, “We actually have a very small audience, they just come to all the shows!”

Springsteen finished off the night by inviting a six-year-old girl onstage to dance with him during his encore performance of ‘Dancing In The Dark’.
