'The Rising' stays at the summit for the second successive week...

Bruce Springsteen remains at the top of the US BILLBOARD album chart for a second week with his post-September 11 collection ‘THE RISING’.

The Boss sold more than 238,000 copies of his album last week, well down on his first week total of 525,000 but still enough to keep Nelly at Two. The rapper bounces up from Three with 208,000 copies of ‘Nellyville’ sold. Eminem too moves up, from Five to Three, with a further 172,000 copies of ‘The Eminem Show’ sold.

Former chart-topper and all-round angry American Toby Keith slips from Six to Eight with 121,000 copies of ‘Unleashed’ sold. The album is at number Five this week.

The highest new entry on the chart comes from rapper Scarface at Four, with 159,000 copies of ‘Fix’ sold.
