Burglar breaks into Rihanna’s house and spends the night

The man has been arrested

Police have reportedly arrested a man who broke into Rihanna’s house and spent the night.

TMZ reports the unwanted visitor was found by police on Thursday morning (May 10) after reports of a potential burglar were received due to an alarm being tampered with. On arrival, the man was discovered and had appeared to spend the night in the star’s LA home. Rihanna was not home at the time.

The individual has been named by law enforcement sources as 26-year old Eduardo Leon, who has been arrested for stalking, and is being held on $150,000 bail. Tasers were used to detain the man, but no reason for this has been given.

Today (May 11) marks the release of Rihanna’s lingerie line, Savage x Fenty, which she celebrated with a Brooklyn party last night.

Holograms of the singer modelling the size-inclusive range were shown at the event, before she appeared in person. The collection is in high demand, with fans being put in hour-long queues just to access the site.

Last year, a woman broke into Drake’s home to steal bottles of water and sofa drinks.

The woman was found by a member of Drake’s entourage in his bedroom. She was allegedly “wearing one of Drake’s hoodies” and later “confessed to pilfering Pepsi, Sprite and Fiji water”.

The individual had initially told police that she had “permission to enter” the property, but was arrested and charged with felony burglary.
