The four-piece will embark on a short tour on these shores in November
The teenage four-piece, who also feature Ayla Tesler-Mabe, Jack Anderson and Malcolm Craig in their line-up, released their debut EP ‘Scout’ back in June.
Calpurnia will head to the UK for a short tour in November, with tour stops currently planned in Manchester and London. The band will play at the Club Academy in Manchester on November 28 ahead of a show at London’s KOKO on November 29.
Earlier this year, Calpurnia shared the official video for ‘Greyhound’, starring Wolfhard.
Back in July, the four-piece made their live TV debut in the US with an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live!. They marked the occasion by playing two cuts from the ‘Scout’ EP, ‘City Boy’ and ‘Greyhound’.
Speaking to NME earlier this year, Wolfhard admitted that a large section of the band’s fans are also into Stranger Things.
“Most of the fans of Calpurnia are Stranger Things fans, which is not a big deal at all,” the young actor and musician remarked. “They’re super loyal and incredible, and really do like the music.
“It’s the people who aren’t fans of the music and are just there because of Stranger Things that really bother me.”
