Pull Tiger Tail and Blood Red Shoes play Camden Crawl

Topman NME New Music Tour bands get ready for next month

Pull Tiger Tail played the Camden Crawl tonight (April 20).

The three piece played a anthemic set, including ‘Let’s Lightning’ and ‘Mr.100%’.

Commenting on the 6.45pm stage time Barfly show singer Marcus Ratcliff said: “It’s a bit early, isn’t it? Just pretend its 9.30 and it will be okay!”

Blood Red Shoes then played a raucous set at the Earl Of Camden pub.

The blue grunge duo’s heavy set included ‘You Bring Me Down’ and ‘Try Harder’.

Duo Laura-Mary Carter and Steven Ansell revealed what happened after they played on the first night of the Crawl.

Ansell said: “Last night I got really drunk and Laura had to look after me…I’m a stealth drinker.”

Carter replied: “So I’m going to get really pissed tonight.”

Pull Tiger Tail and Blood Red Shoes are now set to join The Rumble Strips and The Little Ones for the Topman NME New Music Tour in May.
