Cardi B addressed new “beef” this weekend during her performance at Broccoli City Festival in Washington, DC.
The rapper did not name anyone in particular when referencing the feud, but said the tension had started since announcing her pregnancy in early April.
She said: “Ever since I got pregnant, all of a sudden I got this new beef.
“Everyday bitches got something to say.
“Watch when I drop this baby, what’s good.”
She added: “Bitches is talking crazy. Watch when I drop this baby… what was said.”
Despite both parties repeatedly denying tension, during a recent interview with Zane Lowe, Nicki Minaj suggested that Cardi B hadn’t paid her the right level of respect after co-featuring with her on the Migos track, ‘MotorSport’.
The performance this weekend will be Cardi’s last until she gives birth, with her child expected in July.
Last week it was reported that Cardi B’s former manager is suing the artist for $10 million.
The manager, Klenord “Shaft” Raphael, claims that she is in breach of her contract with him by signing with Solid Foundation, the management division of Quality Control that also manages her fiancé Offset’s group Migos.
