There were rumours earlier this year that the band had split up - but they'll make their live return next year
Catfish and the Bottlemen have announced their live return – tickets are on sale now.
The Welsh band, who released their second album ‘The Ride’ back in May 2016, last played live in California back in September with a date which concluded their US tour. However, fans speculated back in October that the band may be splitting up after rumours spread online.
While representatives for the four-piece later clarified to NME that those rumours were not true, Catfish and the Bottlemen have now officially confirmed their plans to return to the live arena in 2018.
The band have this morning (December 13) announced two big open-air gigs for next summer, with Catfish set to play at This Is Tomorrow in Newcastle in May. They will then perform at Cardiff Castle in the Welsh capital in July.
