The Llandudno quartet performed a short and unannounced set on the BBC Introducing stage
Catfish And The Bottlemen played a secret set on the BBC Introducing Stage at Glastonbury earlier this evening (June 24).
Taking to the tiny stage just before 5pm, the show, which hadn’t been officially announced, attracted a large number of fans, to the extent that the tent was filled to capacity – forcing many people to watch from the edges.
Playing a short 15-minute set, the band performed acoustic renditions of the likes of ‘Fallout’ and ‘Seven’. Frontman Van McCann took time between songs to ask about the audience’s well-being, enquiring about whether they’d been having a good time “despite the mud.”

The band will play a full set on Sunday on The Other Stage, with this special acoustic performance serving as a warm-up.
