'Good Enough' and 'Back To School Pack' were originally released in 2009
Two early Chance The Rapper mixtapes have emerged online. Scroll down to hear them both now.
Both of the mixtapes, titled ‘Good Enough’ and ‘Back To School Pack’, were released in 2009 before the Chicago rapper’s debut mixtape ’10 Day’ and his 2013 breakthrough, ‘Acid Rap’.
Discovered by a Reddit user who found the artist’s old Facebook page, the mixtapes include a 16-year-old Chance rapping over instrumental’s including Adele’s ‘Hometown Glory’ and ‘In My Place’ by Coldplay.
Earlier this week Justin Bieber‘s collaboration with Chance The Rapper, titled ‘Confident’, was released online. Bieber is currently releasing a new track each week under the umbrella of his Music Mondays series. The 10-week project wraps up this month (December).
Chance The Rapper was recently named as one of the artists on the BBC Sound of 2014 longlist alongside Sam Smith, Royal Blood, Chloe Howl, Ella Eyre and more. The winner of the award will be revealed on January 10. Previous winners include Ellie Goulding, Haim and Florence + The Machine.
