The 23-year-old singer features on the Ed Banger artist's new EP
It’s been revealed that Charli XCX worked with Ed Banger artist Mr Oizo on his upcoming EP ‘Hand in the Fire’.
The EP (artwork pictured below) will be released on November 27 and features three tracks: ‘Hand in the Fire,’ ‘Being Flat’ and ‘A REKURD’.
The Cambridge-born singer, real name Charlotte Aitchison, has previously admitted to her love of Ed Banger Records’ output. Last year she told DIY Mag: “I’ve always been very inspired by Paris. With my first record I was very inspired by Ed Banger.”
Mr Oizo posted a very short clip from the ‘Hand in the Fire’ EP on his Vine account. Listen to it here:

Last month Charli XCX revealed a new track titled ‘Vroom Vroom’, a collaboration with emerging UK producer SOPHIE, and gave the track its first play during her spot as a guest presenter on Beats1 Radio on October 20.
Charli XCX also recently compared her new album to Paris Hilton’s music and revealed that she is writing for Rihanna.
“I’ve been really inspired by Paris Hilton, small dogs and a glitter, luxe lifestyle,” she told The Mirror. “I’ve never met Paris before, but we were both at the amFAR Gala during the Cannes Film Festival this year. I was performing and I saw her singing along to my song and I freaked out. I’m such a fan and one of my favourite songs ever is ‘Stars Are Blind’ – it’s pop genius.”
