Chris Brown blasted by neighbours for holding late-night dog races

Controversial singer is also accused of parking in disabled spaces

Chris Brown has been labelled a ‘nightmare’ by his neighbours in West Hollywood after holding late night dog races in his apartment complex.

According to TMZ, the singer is not only accused of conducting dog races in the block’s hallways, but also of parking in handicapped spaces and blasting loud music.

However, the singer’s lawyer Mark Geragos told the gossip website that the singer is the one who is being targeted by his neighbours.

Geragos says that the West Hollywood condo developer didn’t disclose that the spaces were reserved for the handicapped and the deed shows the two spaces belong to Brown. He added that the singer is in litigation with the building over the spaces.

The unnamed neighbours also told the website that someone carved the initials “CB” on the communal elevator door.

Brown‘s publicist Tammy Brook recently quit her job with the singer following an outburst on Good Morning America in March where he smashed a studio window backstage after the show’s interviewer Robin Roberts asked about Rihanna, his former girlfriend.

He later apologised for his behaviour, but not before claiming that bosses of the show had exploited him. The New York Post reported that Brook and Brown had “decided to end their relationship following his meltdown”.
