Chris Brown accuses US District Attorney of being ‘racist’

The R&B star unleashes a torrent of insults in Twitter rant

Chris Brown has accused a District Attorney of being ‘racist’ in a Twitter rant.

Last night (August 22), the R&B star took to the social media platform to hit out at the US justice system.

He wrote:

The rant is related to the sentencing Brown received from an LA judge last week, when he was ordered to carry out another 1,000 hours of community service.

Judge James Brandlin reinstated Brown’s probation and gave the singer until August 25, 2014 to complete his new hours after a District Attorney argued that she found “significant discrepancies indicating at best sloppy documentation and at worst fraudulent reporting” in paperwork relating to Brown’s previous hours of community service.

Brown’s new hours, which he has been ordered to perform in LA rather than his home state of Virginia, could involve graffiti removal or cleaning up local beaches and highways.

Earlier this month, Brown said that his forthcoming album, ‘X’, due for release this year (2013), is likely to be his last. The singer took to Twitter to tell fans the news, writing: “Don’t worry mainstream America. After this X album, it’ll probably be my last album.”
