Christina Aguilera postpones upcoming North American tour until 2011

"Prior commitments" force the singer to move the 20-date gig-run

Christina Aguilera has postponed her upcoming tour of North America until 2011.

The 20-date gig-run was due to commence in Connecticut on July 15, but now the singer has cited “prior commitments to filming her movie Burlesque and to the promotion of her new album ‘Bionic’“, as the reasons behind the postponement.

As previously reported, ‘Bionic’, the follow-up to 2006’s ‘Back To Basics’, is released on June 8.
