A photographer claims the star's bouncer attacked him...

CHRISTINA AGUILERA and one of her bodyguards are being sued by a photographer who’s claiming the minder attacked him.

David Keeler is seeking damages from Aguilera and bodyguard Vernon Warren, alleging he was punched and spat at outside of a Hollywood nightclub as he tried to take the star’s picture.

The legal action, which was filed at Los Angeles Superior Court, claims the incident occurred on May 21, 2001 as the singer left the venue in the early hours.

A spokeswoman for Aguilera told BBC news: “Christina has no reason to believe that such an incident did occur, nor did she witness such an incident.”

He also alleges that as he tried to take a photograph, Warren told him he “needed to learn respect” and punched him in the mouth, leaving him “dazed, in pain and bloodied”.

The owner of AD Entertainment, Anthony Davies and Three Wishes Inc, are also named in the lawsuit for hiring Warren as a bodyguard.
