Christine & The Queens has confirmed she’ll return to London next summer for a huge headline slot at All Points East Festival.

The ‘Girlfriend’ singer will take billing at the Victoria Park festival on Sunday May 26, alongside an impressive supporting line-up that includes the likes of Metronomy, Maribou State, Beach House and Kurt Vile and the Violators.  Tickets will go on sale from this Friday (December 7) and you can buy them here.

The latest All Points East announcement comes after it was confirmed that Bon Iver and The Chemical Brothers will play at the East London festival as it prepares to return for a second year.

Although yet to be officially announced, Bring Me The Horizon also confirmed their appearance as they headlined London’s Alexandra Palace on Friday night.

Last week, Christine & The Queens showcased her second album ‘Chris’ as her UK tour rolled into London’s Eventim Apollo.

In a glowing review, NME described the show as “a theatrical masterstroke of lust, physicality and positivity”.

Our review stated: “Chris has many talents – production flair, imagination, vocal skill, physical creativity – but her most important quality is her ability to connect directly with her audience. When she sings, you feel the wound that aches. That’s the rarest thing of all; a instinctive core that’s impossible to fake.”
