Coldplay‘s CHRIS MARTIN has gone dance – by guest singing on the new album by maverick dance act FAULTLINE, NME.COM can exclusively reveal.
Previously, Martin has simply allowed tracks ‘Don’t Panic’ and ‘Trouble’ from his band to be given the dance treatment by other acts.
But this time, he’s sung two tracks on the new album by relatively unknown act Faultline, aka Dave Kosten – the first time he’s sung for anyone else but Coldplay.
Wayne Coyne from the Flaming Lips is also a guest vocalist on the album and another ‘mystery star’ is being lined up by Kosten though that collaboration has yet to be recorded.
The album, called ‘Your Love Means Everything’, is due out in May through Blanco Y Negro and is Faultine’s second.
