Courtney Love is being sued by Frances Bean Cobain’s ex-husband’s ex, it has been reported.
Last month, it was reported that Isaiah Silva is suing his former mother-in-law Love for attempting to have him murdered.
Frances and Isaiah married back in 2014. After being together for five years, the couple ended their marriage after less than two years – with Frances filing for divorce in 2016. Following the split being finalised, Silva was controversially given Kurt Cobain’s iconic MTV Unplugged guitar in the settlement.
Last week, it was reported that Silva launched a lawsuit against Love. He alleged that she “entered into a conspiracy with several people to break into his home, beat him up, kidnap him and try to murder him so they could gain possession of Kurt Cobain’s legendary guitar.”
It was said that Love’s manager Sam Lutfi and two other men robbed, assaulted, sexually battered, kidnapped and attempted to murder him at his house.
Now, Silva’s ex Jessica Sullivan has also said that she was harassed by Love and Lutfi – and has filed a suit for stalking and emotional distress.
According to TMZ, Sullivan lived with Cobain and Silva for a period in 2014. When things didn’t work out, it’s said that Love attempted to bribe Sullivan to side with Frances and then threatened her when she didn’t comply.
According to documents, Sullivan claims that Lufti called her in 2016 – threatening to put her on the street, while calling her a “fucking cunt” and telling her to “die”. It’s also alleged that Lufti said: “Your kid will be in an orphanage.”
Love and Sullivan are also accused of causing endless phone calls to Sullivan after they advertised her puppy as free on Craigslist.
According to Billboard, a source close to Love said: “The family is prepared to fight this nonsense with a fury of unprecedented legal force, and they will prevail.”
