Crowd reacts after Marilyn Manson cancels gig at last minute due to ‘unforeseen illness’

The 'God Of Fuck' pulls out of a show in Toronto

Last night saw Marilyn Manson cancel a gig at the last minute due to an ‘unforeseen illness’. See footage of the crowd’s reaction below.

The ‘God Of Fuck’ is currently in the midst of the ‘Twins Of Evil Tour’ with Rob Zombie. However, shortly before his stage time in Toronto, Manson pulled out of the show.

“Due to unforeseen illness, Marilyn Manson will not be performing tonight in Toronto, ON,” a spokesman wrote on Twitter. “If you were in attendance specifically to see Marilyn Manson, your tickets will be available for refund at point of purchase. Rob Zombie will perform as scheduled.”

Many fans were left disappointed by the news, as the stage was already decorated with Marilyn Manson photos and imagery. Footage from the gig shows fans reacting as they are told the news.

“Marilyn Manson will not be performing tonight,” announced a show official. “If you are here solely to see Marilyn Manson, you may get a full refund if you leave now and have your ticket scanned out of the system. Full refunds are available at your point of purchase. Once again, Marilyn Manson will not be performing tonight due to an unforeseen illness.”

Fans are currently awaiting news as to whether or not this will effect any of Manson’s remaining tour dates.

Earlier this year, Manson made headlines after delivering ‘incoherent rants’ during an ‘on stage meltdown‘ before ending a gig after just a handful of songs.

Having been touring in support of his acclaimed 2017 album ‘Heaven Upside Down‘, last month saw Manson deliver a blistering performance at Download Festival.
