Winehouse breaks arm, Macca's bike rage, Sugababe gives up on music – your music gossip stop
Welcome to the Daily Gossip: your daily stop-off to find out who in the world of music has been up to what.
Today’s top gossip:
Bush frontman Gavin Rossdale has admitted he had a “one time experimentation” with male singer Marilyn when he was 17. Although the two are rumoured to have been an item for years – after Boy George seemingly outed them in his 1995 autobiography ‘Take It Like A Man’ – Rossdale has always denied the relationship existed. Now he’s admitted it did. “You have to know what you like, and I know what I like,” he said of the liaison. “When you’re 17, Jesus Christ, I don’t think there’s anything strange about any form of anything – you’re learning about life. It’s part of growing up” (The Sun).
From the papers:
Paul McCartney had a go at a cyclist who shouted at a woman pedestrian. After seeing the central London incident, he jumped out of his car, put on a high voice and screamed, “Ooh, I’m so scary, I’m so scary,” at the bemused cyclist (The Sun).
ABBA singer Anni-Frid Lyngstad says she’s been conned out of £4.5 million by a Chinese medicine man. She says she leant healer Master Marcus Bongart the money to set up a temple in Sweden, but he insists it was a donation (The Sun).
