Today’s top gossip:
Mark Owen allegedly ended up in bed with two 16-year-old Take That fans after the band’s 1995 Earls Court gigs in London. One of the girls, now a now a 31-year-old mother of three, sold her story and described how Owen approached her and her friend in a hotel the two parties were both staying in. “He walked straight over to where we were sitting and said, ‘Hello girls,'” she explained. After going back to the singer’s room, the two reportedly declined Owen‘s offer of champagne, but ended up in bed with him. “We felt obliged to please him. We did things to him and he did things to us. He kept on asking for sex, saying, ‘Come on, let’s do it. It’ll be safe,'” she said. “But we both refused.” The girl added that both she and her friend returned to the hotel the following night, where they met Owen again, though she also said on reflection that she felt the singer was “taking advantage” of the pair (Daily Mirror).
