Mark Ronson has apparently reconciled his differences with Amy Winehouse and is set to produce her third album. The duo fell out over their bungled attempt to record a theme for the last ‘James Bond’ film, but sources now say they have now patched things up. The producer has his work cut out though, as Winehouse‘s recent demos – which were said to be heavily influenced by reggae – were reportedly turned down by her record company (The Sun).

Joss Stone‘s mother’s Somerset music academy – Mamma Stone’s – has been forced to close just weeks after the star performed there. Neighbours complained about the noise (The Independent).

Dizzee Rascal filmed the video for new single ‘Bonkers’ in Sweden, allegedly so he could meet good looking women on the shoot (Daily Mirror).

Snow Patrol‘s drummer Johnny Quinn says the band are waiting for singer Gary Lightbody to be heartbroken again before starting work on their new album (Daily Record).

Kanye West hit back at recent jibes about the way he dresses. “I really think it’s because society tries to dictate the way a guy is supposed to dress and the way a guy is supposed to act, and I refuse to conform,” he said (The Sun).
