Phil Spector isn’t taking to prison life very well. The producer – who was jailed last Friday (May 29) for 19 years for the murder of actress Lana Clarkson – has apparently had his collection of bizarre wigs confiscated by prison staff in his California jail. He’s asked for a hat to wear in their place.

A well-placed anonymous source said: “Prison is a living hell for Spector. He is finding it difficult to cope.” (Daily Star).
