Robbie Williams pays tribute to David Bowie with ‘Changes’ cover – watch

Williams becomes the second Take That star to pay homage to the music icon

Robbie Williams has paid his respects to the late David Bowie by sharing an impromptu in-studio cover of his song ‘Changes’.

Bowie passed away on Sunday (January 10) following an 18 month battle with cancer. Following the news, Williams tweeted a written tribute to Bowie calling him a “king amongst men”.

Now Williams has uploaded a video of himself singing ‘Changes’ along with Rufus Wainwright and producer Guy Chambers. See below.

Meanwhile, Williams’ former Take That bandmate Howard Donald has named his baby son Bowie, in tribute to the music icon.

Following Bowie’s death, the likes of Bruce Springsteen, Elton John and Madonna have covered his music live.
