PUFF DADDY has entered the studio with DAVID BOWIE to record a one-off track for the forthcoming DENZEL WASHINGTON film ‘TRAINING DAY’.

A UK spokesperson for Bowie has told NME.COM that last weekend the star travelled to Puff Daddy‘s New York studio, Daddy’s House, to work on a new version of Bowie‘s ‘This Is Not America’.

Bowie originally recorded the track for the film ‘The Falcon And The Snowman’.

However, the new version, produced by Puffy, also features Bad Boy rappers Black Rob, Mark Curry and Kain.

The film ‘Training Day’ follows the fortunes of a police officer as he trains a new recruit, played by Ethan Hawke, through the drug-riddled underbelly of LA.

The soundtrack is likely to be released in the US in September, with a UK release to follow.
