David Bowie‘s son Duncan Jones has revealed on Twitter he’s going to be a dad.
Exactly a month after Bowie lost his battle with cancer, the film director took to the social-networking site to announce the good news tonight (February 10).
Alongside a cartoon drawing of an unborn foetus, Jones wrote: “1 month since dad died today. Made this card for him at Christmas. Due in June. Circle of life. Love you, granddad.”

He then went on to ask for parental advice in a series of tweets, saying: “So how knackering is it having a baby? Moon shoot knackering or morning after a house party knackering?”
This was followed by: “Did you do a film shoot with a newborn? I have that to look forward to! ;).”
Following his father’s death, Jones previously used Twitter to thank fans for their support, writing: “Hi all. Just wanted to thank you for the incredibly kind words & thoughts. I’ll be easing my way back into Twitter.”
Bowie is thought to have left millions to his family in his will, with Jones apparently given 25 per cent of his estate.
The Ziggy Stardust legend passed away two days after his 69th birthday on January 10, following and the release of final album ‘Blackstar’.
