Watch Ewan McGregor, Gary Oldman and Seal cover David Bowie at tribute concert

Gig took place at The Roxy in Los Angeles

A tribute concert was held in honour of David Bowie at The Roxy in Los Angeles on Monday night (February 8).

Bowie passed away last month (January 10), just two days after the singer’s 69th birthday and release of his final album ‘Blackstar’.

The charity gig, ‘Celebrating David Bowie’, enlisted celebrities such as Ewan McGregor, Gary Oldman and Seal to perform the star’s biggest hits.

Billboard reports that McGregor covered ‘Heroes’, a song he also sang in Baz Luhrmann’s 2001 film Moulin Rouge.

Meanwhile, Bowie’s widow Iman broke her silence over the weekend for the first time since her late husband’s passing. The former model and actress posted a message to social media that read: “‘Love & Gratitude’ – Iman”. Bowie and Iman had been married since 1992.
