Dean Wareham covers New Order on cassette-only live album

The former Galaxie 500 man will play four dates on a UK tour this month

Dean Wareham has announced details of a cassette-only live album.

The former Galaxie 500 frontman will release the album on May 20 and it will be available at his forthcoming UK dates.

It was recorded at his two shows at St Pancras Old Church in London in December 2013 and features new solo material, as well as tracks from his back catalogue with Galaxie 500 and Luna, plus covers of tracks by The Velvet Underground, Jonathan Richman and New Order.
