Death Cab for Cutie have released some more new music

Death Cab for Cutie have released another new clip of music, posting a teaser of a track on their Instagram.

The band released their first new music teaser last month when they announced their new album – due for release in August.

Captioning the clip with a simple ‘Watch this space,’ fans are able to hear a full intro plus some of frontman Ben Gibbard’s vocals. Listen below.

Death Cab for Cutie assured fans that the shows will be a “safe place” in response to the rise of post-Trump hatred in America.

Posting a statement to Facebook and Twitter, the band wrote; “To Our Fans, We feel that there has never been a more important time to reaffirm the following: Death Cab for Cutie shows will always be a safe place for people of all colors, all genders, all sexual orientations and all beliefs to come together to celebrate music, love and mutual respect.”
