DEFTONES are set to play a one-off LONDON show this weekend to make it up to fans who will miss out seeing them support LIMP BIZKIT at the cancelled MILTON KEYNES BOWL gig.

The band will play the London Forum in Kentish Town on Sunday (June 24). In a brief statement announcing the show they also angled a sly dig at Bizkit frontman Fred Durst who had blamed a medical complaint on the show’s concellation. “In truly heroic fashion the band have decided to play… and barring back injury will appear,” they said.

Tickets are on sale now for £15.

To buy them, call NME’s 24-Hour Ticketline on 0870 1 663 663. All calls are charged at the national standard rate.
