Depeche Mode unveil NSFW video for ‘Soothe My Soul’ – watch

The track comes from the band's latest album 'Delta Machine'

Depeche Mode have unveiled the video for their new song ‘Soothe My Soul’.

The track is taken from their current album, ‘Delta Machine’, which was released on Monday.

Directed by Warren Fu, the black and white promo features snakes, nude dancing models and a performance by the electro titans.

The video follows the promo for the new album’s first single, ‘Heaven’, which was directed by Tim Saccenti and shot in New Orleans.

The band recently revealed that they turned down the opportunity to win a Lifetime Achievement Award at the Brits this year after learning that ITV had no intention of airing footage of them accepting the award.

Depeche Mode play London’s O2 Arena on May 28 and 29.

These are currently the only UK dates the band have announced as part of a 34-date European tour which will include appearances at Rock Werchter Festival in Belgium (July 7), BBK Festival in Spain (July 11) and Optimus Alive Festival in Portugal (July 13). A North American tour will follow later in the year.
