Disclosure unveil hypnotic new video for ‘Jaded’ featuring Sam Smith – watch

Part three of the duo's short film series revealed in run up to release of new album 'Caracal'

Disclosure have unveiled their new video for ‘Jaded’.

The track is taken from the duo’s second album ‘Caracal’, which is released on September 25.

The new video continues a story told in the duo’s past two videos, ‘Holding On’ featuring Gregory Porter and ‘Omen’ featuring Sam Smith.

Directed by Ryan Hope, the three videos combine to tell a dystopian story featuring lead character Mariella. ‘Jaded’ sees Mariella subject to hypnosis against her will. It also features a cameo from Sam Smith.

Disclosure’s second record ‘Caracal’ follows on from 2013 debut ‘Settle’, which reached Number One in the UK upon release and was later nominated for that year’s Mercury Prize.

Disclosure are yet to announce a UK tour in support of the new album, but are offering priority presale tickets to those who pre-order the album through their official website.
