The rapper remixes Mr Hanson…

Dizzee Rascal has been working with BECK and has remixed ‘HELL YEAH’, a new track from the singer set for future single release.

The rapper is about to head out on his first major tour of the UK and told NME.COM: “I’ve just finished a remix for Beck – it’s a song called ‘Hell, Yeah’ and I’m very excited about that. It happened easily – he asked and naturally I said yes. He’s a credible artist, a real artist so I’m happy about that.”

The Mercury Music Prize winning star said he had not yet been introduced to Beck but he was planning on meeting him at the final of the Shortlist Awards.

Dizzee Rascal is one of three British acts nominated for the prize, alongside [/a] and

NME.COM understands that Beck will release his new album in February – the follow-up to 2002’s ‘Sea Change’. ‘Hell, Yeah’ is set to be the second single from the album. The LP was produced by Beck and The Dust Brothers.
