Dog Is Dead to headline Club NME’s New Year’s Eve Ball

Icona Pop will also help ring in 2012

Dog Is Dead and Icona Pop are scheduled to perform at this year’s Club NME New Year’s Eve Ball in London.

Speaking ahead of the big event, headline act Dog Is Dead told NME:

We’re hugely excited to be headlining Club NME this New Year’s Eve, and to be coming back to KOKO, one of our favourite venues. It’s the perfect way to finish off a massive year for us, it’s and only a few months since we had our first Radar piece in NME. It’ll be an amazing celebration for everyone to bring in 2012!

Dog Is Dead‘s new single ‘Hands Down’ was released on Monday (Oct 31), and can be streamed on Soundcloud now.
