Ellie Goulding may appear on Drake‘s next album, recently revealing in interview that she’s “done some stuff” for the release.
Speaking to Capital FM recently, the British singer stated: “Obviously he’s sampled me on one of his songs before and I’ve done some stuff for him for his new album potentially.”
Goulding continued: “We converse! He discovered my voice on his last album, he sampled it, and I think he’s become a fan through that. So who knows, something might happen.”
Goulding was sampled by Drake on his collaboration with Jay Z, ‘Pound Cake’, while Goulding herself has covered Drake’s protégé The Weeknd in the past.
The Toronto star is currently working on his fourth album, entitled ‘Views From The 6’, following on from 2013’s ‘Nothing Was The Same’.
He recently shared three new tracks unexpectedly online, ‘6 God’, ‘Heat Of The Moment’ and ‘How Bout Now’, claiming that hackers were already is possession of the music.
Goulding released her latest album ‘Halcyon’ in October 2012.
