Nile Rodgers, Mark Ronson, Janelle Monáe and John Frusciante confirmed for new Duran Duran album

Lindsay Lohan has also been rumoured to feature on the LP

Duran Duran‘s new album will include a host of guest stars.

As Stereogum reports, the band have signed a new deal with Warner Bros for their 14th full-length LP, which they have allegedly “finished work” on.

The follow-up to 2010’s ‘All You Need Is Now’ will feature contributions from Janelle Monáe, ex-Red Hot Chili Peppers guitarist John Frusciante and Kiesza, while Nile Rodgers, Mark Ronson and Mr Hudson all appear in the production credits.

It was previously reported that Lindsay Lohan looked set to appear on the LP, after she was pictured in a London studio with the group.

Lohan posted a photo of herself and her sister with the band members on Instagram, writing “Recording with some greats!!!” She is believed to have spent almost seven hours in the studio to perfect her contribution.

A source told the Mirror: “Lindsay was in the studio with the boys from 6.30pm right through until 1am. They wanted to make sure they got the vocals on point.”

“Lindsay’s contribution is more of a spoken word part, while Ali is singing on the track – the sisters will feature on the same song, which they thought was really cool.”
