Eagles Of Death Metal wear fancy dress costumes in ‘Zipper Down’ album trailer video – watch

Josh Homme and Jesse Hughes' new LP will be released on October 2

Eagles Of Death Metal get dressed up in a new trailer video for upcoming album ‘Zipper Down’.

The duo – made up of frontman Josh Homme and bandmate Jesse Hughes – will release their new LP on October 2. The record follows on from 2008’s ‘Heart On’ and features a cover of Duran Duran’s ‘Save A Prayer’.

In this new trailer clip, embedded below, Homme and Hughes brainstorm ideas for promotional stunts ahead of the album’s release whilst switching between a series of increasingly strange fancy dress costume choices.

In a press release, Hughes says of the LP: “The new album, ‘Zipper Down’, really represents to me an attitude and philosophy of life. One should not zipper up, they should zipper down and let it all hang out.”

Homme adds: “In an independent study, four out of three doctors say ‘Zipper Down’ is an eargasm trapped inside a crazerbeam. And I believe them.”

The ‘Zipper Down’ tracklisting is as follows:

‘Complexity’
‘Silverlake (KSOFM)’
‘Got a Woman’
‘I Love You All The Time’
‘Oh Girl’
‘Got The Power’
‘Skin Tight Boogie’
‘Got A Woman (Slight Return)’
‘The Deuce’
