East India Youth unveil ‘Beaming White’ video – watch

Track taken from synthpop artist's second album 'Culture of Volume'

East India Youth has released a new video for his track ‘Beaming White’. Click above to watch.

Directed by filmmaking duo Mathy & Fran, the clip sees East India Youth – real name William Doyle – confined to the claustrophobic surroundings of a car in the darkness, where he becomes slowly surrounded by a number of mysterious figures.

The song is taken from the London-based synthpop artist’s second LP ‘Culture of Volume’. The album, which is named in reference to ‘Monument’, a poem by Rick Holland, came out on XL Recordings last month. It follows East India Youth’s Mercury Prize-nominated debut ‘Total Strife Forever’.

Doyle is currently on tour in the US promoting the record, but will return to the UK later this month for a series of shows.
