Echo And The Bunnymen announce ‘Crocodiles’ and ‘Heaven Up Here’ UK tour – ticket details

Ian McCulloch and co will begin the tour on December 4

Echo And The Bunnymen have announced details of a UK tour, where they will play their first two albums ‘Crocodiles’ and ‘Heaven Up Here’ back-to-back.

Beginning on December 4 in Birmingham, the Liverpool band will also play in Glasgow and London, before closing with a hometown show in Liverpool on December 11.

As previously reported, Ian McCulloch revealed last year that he wanted to perform the group’s early albums live, saying it would be “a masterclass for anyone who’s ever been in a band that isn’t quite as good as the band I’m in”.

The band are no strangers to performing their albums in full, having already played their 1984 album ‘Ocean Rain’ live in 2008.

Echo And The Bunnymen will play the following dates:

Birmingham O2 Academy (December 4)
Glasgow O2 Academy (8)
London O2 Brixton Academy (9)
Liverpool Olympia (11)

Tickets for the tour go on sale this Friday (March 26) at 9am (GMT).
